SVN Commercial Partners Reports Strong Sales Growth in 2024 Q1
Fort Myers, FL – (April 16, 2024) SVN Commercial Partners reported strong 2024 1st Quarter Sales growth in its East Region which covers South Florida and the Treasure Coast. Compared to the same period in 2023, SVNCP, had an increase in Sales Volume of 8% which exceeded expectations given the interest rate and inflationary environment. The company also noted that its revenues on those sales increased 36% which can be attributed to the occurrence of increased transactional brokerage between buyers and sellers of property.
With the recent opening of a West Palm Beach Office, several new additions to its roster, and the further development of its existing advisors, the firm is optimistic for a record 2024 despite market headwinds. The current results are led by Adam Klein and Elon Gerberg who focus on retail, office, and industrial properties. The pair have developed a strong track record since joining SVNCP and have recently expanded their team. As part of the SVN ‘Shared Value Network”, the firm has more offices in Florida than any of the other top 10 national market share firms. SVN had the 6th most market share nationally in 2023.
