Who We Are
All commercial real estate firms are NOT created equally.
This SVN office was created and opened in the middle of the COVID 19 Pandemic.
This is an expansion of four successful SVN offices in Chicago, Denver, Sarasota and Port Charlotte.
The companies roster includes commercial partners from other successful SVN offices including Boston, Phoenix and Austin.
It takes experience, expertise and tenacity to run a successful office in today’s commercial real estate industry and the two commercial operating partners overseeing this office and future growth in South Florida are Scott R Maesel and Ashley Bloom.
Scott’s family moved to Palm Beach County in 1974 and lived in East Boca behind the then Boca Mall now Mizner Park. Scott attended grade school and high school in Boca and left after college to start his commercial real estate career in Chicago. With Scotts industry experience of over 25 years and two of the top ten SVN offices between Chicago and Denver this office in Boca Raton is destined to be a success.
Ashley moved to Coral Springs in 1977 and spent his entire childhood in the area. Attending JP Taravella and then graduating from MS Douglas in Parkland, Bloom returned to South Florida after attending Lehigh University. A second generation developer, Bloom has maintained business and family roots in the region for almost 25 years. Bloom owns and manages two offices on the west coast (Sarasota and Port Charlotte) and looks forward to the development and synergy of the South Florida office with the existing operation.
