SVN Commercial Partners Completes Sales, Lease Deals in Southwest Florida

Allied Family Heath, working with SVN Commercial Real Estate Advisor Hunter McCarthy, leased 1,205 square feet of office space at 400 S. Tamiami Trail in Venice from 400 S Tamiami Trail Associates, LLC. Gary Landsman of Executive Property Management represented the lessor. Hunter and Margeaux McCarthy completed a sale of 4.3 acres of property at 6250 Florida Street in Punta Gorda for Udorn Properties, LLC. The husband-and-wife team also represented buyer George L. Herman on the purchase of .76 acres at 6190 North Cranberry Boulevard in North Port.
