Fort Myers-based Seagate Development Group plans to break ground at the end of 2023 on a single-family home community at the northeast corner of the Vanderbilt Beach Road-Massey Street intersection in Golden Gate Estates. Opus Stone will include 51 homes, with floor plans ranging from 3,200 to 5,500 square feet, on more than 50 acres, Seagate officials said.
