Naples was named the best city to live in the U.S., according to a report from Scholaroo. The report compared 151 cities across 47 metrics distributed in eight categories — crime and safety, affordability, economy, quality of life, health care, education opportunity, and infrastructure. Naples had top rankings in quality of life and health care and was ranked second in infrastructure, third in education, and fourth in crime and safety. Fort Myers checked in as the 38th best city to live in, as it was ranked third in infrastructure and 40th in quality of life. Carmel, Indiana; Naperville, Illinois; Amherst, New Hampshire; and Portland, Maine, rounded out the top five.
