A New York-based developer has proposed a 13-story office building in the Centrepark office district in West Palm Beach.

Centrepark Master Mind LLC, managed by Babak Ebrahimzadeh of New York-based development firm Master Mind, filed a development application with city officials for the 1.27-acre site at 1545 Centrepark Drive. It purchased the property for $5.5 million in June.

It currently has an 11,988-square-foot office building, which was constructed in 1993. The structure would be demolished to make way for a much larger office complex.

Called the Contemporary, the new office would total 155,765 square feet. There would be 446 parking spaces on floors one through seven and office space on the upper floors. There would be four balconies on each floor of office space. The amenities on the third floor would include a gym and a café.

WHLC Architecture in Baton Rouge, Louisiana designed the Contemporary.
