PORT CHARLOTTE, FL, UNITED STATES, September 12, 2026
SVN Commercial Partners announced today that it has been selected to oversee the property management and leasing of Port Charlotte Town Center, expanding the firm’s growing portfolio of significant commercial properties throughout Southwest Florida. The assignment brings SVN Commercial Partners’ integrated management and leasing platform to one of Charlotte County’s most recognizable commercial properties. The team will focus on day-to-day property operations, tenant relationships, leasing, and identifying opportunities to strengthen the center’s position within the rapidly evolving Port Charlotte and greater Charlotte County market.
“Port Charlotte Town Center represents an important commercial asset for this community” said Corrie Gates of SVN Commercial Partners. “Charlotte County continues to evolve, and properties like Port Charlotte Town Center have an opportunity to evolve with it”.
The Port Charlotte Town Center assignment follows nearly three years of SVN Commercial Partners’ involvement with Fishermen’s Village in Punta Gorda, where the team has worked extensively on the management, leasing and positioning of the landmark waterfront destination.
During that engagement, SVN Commercial Partners worked alongside ownership and tenants through a period that included significant operational challenges, hurricane recovery and continued leasing activity. The property maintained a strong tenant base while the SVN team remained focused on day-to-day operations, tenant relationships and the long-term value of the asset.
“Our experience at Fishermen’s Village demonstrated what can be accomplished when management, leasing and ownership are working from the same strategy,” Bloom said. “For nearly three years, our team became deeply involved in the property. We intend to bring that same hands-on approach to Port Charlotte Town Center.”
SVN Commercial Partners has been increasingly active throughout Charlotte County and Southwest Florida, working with property owners, investors, developers and tenants across retail, land, office and investment properties. We manage more than one million square feet.
The addition of Port Charlotte Town Center further strengthens the company’s presence in the region and reflects its strategy of providing owners with an integrated platform combining property management, leasing, investment sales and advisory services.
“We are excited to work with ownership, existing tenants, prospective businesses and the community as we help position the property for its next phase.”
