The transaction is still under contract and is expected to close this summer, the release said.
Fishermen’s Village has been on the market since January, after its sale was paused due to damage from Hurricanes Helene and Milton.
“Fishermen’s Village is more than a real estate asset, it’s a cornerstone of the Punta Gorda community,” said Ashley Barrett Bloom, Managing Partner of SVN Commercial Partners. “We are proud to have facilitated a transaction that keeps ownership local and aligns with a long-term vision that respects the history, culture, and economic importance of this asset.”
